We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it — fairly and simply.

Changed your mind?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at princeneo33@hotmail.com with your order number, and we'll guide you from there.

• Items under S$25: we'll refund you (or offer store credit) and you keep the item — return shipping would cost more than the item itself.

• Items S$25 and above: you may return the item to our Singapore address below at your own cost. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Your refund is processed once we receive and inspect the item.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item?

That's on us. Send us a clear photo or short video of the problem within 14 days of delivery, and choose a full refund or a free replacement — we'll cover everything, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund. Once your order has been dispatched, the returns process above applies instead.

Good to know

• For hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

• We don't offer direct exchanges — simply return the item for a refund and place a new order.

• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

• Sale and clearance items follow the same policy as above — no surprises.
