Shipping Policy

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Delivery times: Delivery takes 10–15 days in total from the date of your order, for Singapore and international addresses alike. We state this honestly up front so there are no surprises.

Shipping costs: Singapore: S$6.00 flat — FREE on orders over S$100. International: S$10.00 flat.

Delays: Courier or customs processing may occasionally add a few days beyond the estimate. Contact us and we'll check the latest tracking for you.

Customs and import duties: For international orders, any import duties and taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
